Dr. Richard Bristol is the founder of Standing Strong, a consultant, teacher and writer on Israel and faith related issues. 

In 2011, Dr. Bristol received his Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Liberty Baptist Seminary. He additionally holds a PhD in Business Administration, an MBA, MA in Music, and a BA in Education.

He has authored a number of articles for various journals.  He was professor in residence with Bible Times Learning Center in Israel and has knowledge in both the Jewish and Christian religions.

The Bristol family went to Israel on a tour in 2003 and then relocated to Israel in 2004 as volunteers.  Richard served as the Israel Operations Director and then as Sr. Research Analyst with a major nonprofit organization. 

One of the things noticed while working with nonprofits in the Land was the number of people who fell through the cracks or did not fit the mission statements of various Christian organizations and were not helped.

Our outreach is to help those people.

Having returned to the United States in 2007, Standing Strong now leads a Bible Study, weekly Service, and continues to support Believers in Israel who are persecuted for their faith.

Dr. Bristol has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education, a Master of Arts Degree, a Masters of Business Administration, a Doctorate in Business Administration, and most recently a Master of Arts in Theological Studies.
