I hope you have enjoyed learning more about this special land of Israel through my photo essays. Our visas were not renewed, and we returned to the USA, for a season. We are trusting HaShem as we look upon this as a time for renewing our resources for helping people there. By popular demand, I am leaving these photos up for a while.

People even sleep in tents on the roof of a hostel when the hotels are full during the hagim (high holy days) !

 

Parah, our cat, slept anywhere. Now he  sleeps in America with us, as does his playmate, Shai, our Israeli dog.
